Fitness Programs
Our Women's Fitness Programs are designed
to give a total body Fitness "nose to toes". Taught
by real kickboxers who bring authentic ring experience to each fitness class. All classes are Women Only and go
wire to wire with an hour long fitness guaranteed to motivate and get results.
We have 2 programs that are sure to offer both the beginner and fitness
enthusiast a challenge. Women's kickboxing fitness brings kickboxing skills to a whole new fitness routine. Our
KaRobics (Karate Aerobics) use Karate strikes and kicks to give a total fitness.
